Selected shades in the Velvet Eyeliner range are suitable for use on the waterline. These include Black, Dark Brown and Chocolate Brown. Champagne Bronze and Steel Gray are designed for use along the lash line only.

Our pencils can be sharpened with any cosmetic pencil sharpener. For best results, use a high-quality sharpener designed for makeup pencils. We also offer a sharpener made specifically for our eyeliners.
