At Mature Beauty, we aim to deliver your order reliably and transparently, with clear pricing and no hidden costs at checkout.
If anything goes wrong with your delivery, we will work with you to help resolve the issue.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:

- United Kingdom
- United States
We may expand to additional countries in the future.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed or shipped.
3. Delivery Times
For our launch, we offer an economy shipping service with the following estimated delivery windows:
- Canada: 5–9 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–14 business days
- United States: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Canada
- Free shipping on orders over $60 CAD
- Shipping fees for orders below this threshold are shown at checkout
United Kingdom
- Free shipping on orders over £45
- Shipping fees for orders below this threshold are shown at checkout
United States
- Free shipping on orders over $45 USD
- Shipping fees for orders below this threshold are shown at checkout
5. Duties, Taxes & VAT
United Kingdom (DDP – Delivered Duties Paid)
- All prices shown to UK customers include applicable VAT
- Duties and taxes are handled as part of your purchase
For orders under £135, you will not be charged additional fees on delivery.
For orders over £135, additional import duties or handling fees may be charged by the carrier upon delivery, depending on UK customs regulations.
Canada & United States
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location
- No import duties apply to domestic shipments within Canada or the United States
6. Shipping Locations
All orders are fulfilled from our distribution centres:
- Canada
- United States (Dallas, TX)
International orders (including the United Kingdom) are shipped from our US facility.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
7. Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
If a shipment is refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable fees.
9. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs processing delays
- Weather conditions
- Postal service disruptions or strikes
- Government actions or regulatory delays
- Supply chain disruptions
10. Delivery Issues
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we will work with you to help investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location, as we are not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery.
If your order has not arrived within:
- 10 business days (Canada & United States)
- 20 business days (United Kingdom)
after shipment, please contact us at support@maturebeauty.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
